calidad-cinatur2016 From its beginning, Cinatur Group works with a food quality safety system. For this reason our company counts with the main quality certifications for food safety. In its daily activities, our company counts with a supplier evaluation system based on quality and food safety requirements, for products, processes and facilities alike. This way we can ensure the maximum quality of fruits and vegetables:

  • Cultivated under good agricultural practices: (GLOBALGAP, Denominations of origin, Integrated production).
  • Manipulated and packaged under the main international food security rules (CODEX, BRC, IFS, ISO).


In April 2008, Cinatur Group receives the certification of the UNE-EN ISO 22000:05 rule, issued by Bureau Veritas Certification, wich involves a challenge and a project: the path of quality, service and food safety. To achieve this, we abide to the principles of the “Managing system for food innocuity” to implement the ISO 22000 rules:

  • Interactive communication with suppliers, customers, hired support and company internal communication (development of documents, informative talks, formation and website management).
  • Quality management: manuals, documentation and registries.
  • Development of pre-requisite programs (control plans APPCC and procedures) centered in the APPCC principles (CODEX ALIMENTARIUS) and traceability.
